Refund policy

We hate to see that you don’t love the product, but we understand. We asked that you to reuse the original product packaging to reduce our business’s environmental impact and send it back along with the return shipping label (emailed to you) within 30 days (excluding holidays).

 

All sales are final unless the item is damaged, missing or incorrect. In that case please write to us at info@inperennial.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and an image to help us investigate further.

Damaged issue - Package label and image of damaged item
Missing item/package - Package label or official letter from carrier
Incorrect item - Package label and image of wrong item.

 

If your order qualifies for an exchange, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as it’s back in stock. In case your item won’t be restocked, we will refund you.
